Bryan M. McQuillan’s practice is centered on criminal defense, representing individuals facing charges ranging from DUI and motor vehicle violations to serious felony offenses. With decades of courtroom experience, his work is defined by a strategic, disciplined approach and a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for each client.
Prior to establishing his own practice in 2009, Bryan built his career within Central Pennsylvania’s legal system, gaining extensive trial and litigation experience. He previously served as a partner at a Harrisburg-based law firm and held the role of Chief Deputy Public Defender of Dauphin County, where he handled a high volume of complex criminal cases.
This background—combined with years of hands-on courtroom advocacy—has shaped a comprehensive understanding of how cases are developed, prosecuted, and defended. Bryan’s approach reflects both depth of experience and a focus on guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, precision, and purpose.
